I am a mum of three with a HUGE passion for food and cooking. I am vegetarian, though my children and husband are not so I do occasionally cook with meat, around once a week. Always organic and always the highest welfare i can buy.
I love lots of different types of food but my favourite cuisines are indian, mexican, thai and italian... And greek, spanish, chinese, japanese and so on! :)
I cook everyday; food for that day, the following few days, food for friends or sometimes just to stock the freezer
